Set up the local connection on your computer. Using Windows 10 as an example, follow these steps: Click on "Control Panel" > "Network and Internet" > "Network and Sharing Center" > "Change Adapter Settings" > Right-click on "Ethernet" > "Properties" > Double-click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" > "Use the following IP address". Set the IP address to 10.1.1.198 and the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0. There's no need to set anything else. Click OK (3.1.1).
